WHAT’S THE LASER TECHNOLOGY EDGE BANDING?

While in the traditional glueing process visible joints appear on the edge, with laser bordering the edges appear perfectly sealed and uniform.

The benefits of the laser edging are many: aesthetically, panel and edge become one piece, the resistance increases and also the cleaning is easier because dirt couldn’t deposit on the edge and there is no glue which may deteriorate or getting yellow. Also, it is very important to know that with the laser edging we can achieve an environmentally friendly production, because the waste is reduced (glues and cleaning fluids) and there is a considerable energy saving.

EDGE BANDING TOP

Edge-banded tops could be supplied with:

• edgebanding on one or more sides
• straight, inclined or half-inclined edgebanding
• shaping and drilling to measure
• laminate, melamine or acrylic
• support of various thickness
• supplied in boards or cut to measure and edge banded with ABS, PVC, laminate, wood, aluminium, melamine

EDGE BANDING DOORS

Edge-banded doors could be supplied with:

• edgebanding on one or more sides
• shaping availability of inclined, half-inclined, rounded and straight edgebanding
• laminate, melamine, acrylic or lacquer
• support of various thickness
• supplied in boards or cut to measure and edge banded with ABS, PVC, laminate, wood, aluminium
